OpenTrail, in collaboration with Femmecubator, is building a coalition of tech companies, government agencies, NGO’s, policymakers and universities to collaborate on forward-thinking projects for the public benefit.
This initiative brings together rising leaders, creative thinkers, and tech innovators to spearhead civic and social change efforts through the annual Civic Tech Camp conference.
The event focuses on addressing inequality with a grassroots approach, harnessing the collective strength of the community and utilizing technology to scale impactful solutions.

Femmecubator Project
Femmecubator is an NGO and a fiscally sponsored project by Aspiration. Femmecubator's mission is to elevate careers of women of color in tech through mentorship and community.
In partnership with Flatiron School in New York City, Femmecubator hosted its first flaghship program, Open Sprints, where technologists are guided by industry experts to collab on together on Pro-bono Tech projects for social good startups. -
T.R.A.I.L.
The Rizal Academy for Innovation and Leadership (TRAIL) is an educational initiative from leaders of Business and Civil Society intended to offer executive training programs and technical support for change agents and innovative leaders committed to societal transformation through their respective organisations or communities. Inspired by the structural reforms initiated by Dr. Jose Rizal, TRAIL was launched in 2011, the 150th birth year of the National Hero.
What is the Equitable Technology Policy?
Equity hub is a group of initiatives, grassroots orgs and private companies that come together with a mission to Advance Tech Workforce Equity.
The coalition prioritizes 6 of the 9 policy areas within the Equitable Tech Policy Framework drafted by the Kapor Foundation. It focuses on creating fair and inclusive policies within the technology sector. It aims to address systemic inequalities by advocating for policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in tech-related fields.
